Admission Criteria
Admission to the Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) programme shall be made strictly in accordance with the norms prescribed by the Pharmacy Council of India and the respective State Government / University.
Minimum Qualification for Admission
A candidate seeking admission to the M.Pharm programme must fulfill the following conditions:
- Educational Qualification
The candidate must have passed the B.Pharm Degree Examination of an Indian University established by law in India from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India.
- Minimum Marks
The candidate must have obtained not less than 55% of the maximum marks (aggregate of four years of B.Pharm).
- Registration Requirement
Every student selected for admission to the postgraduate pharmacy programme in any PCI-approved institution must:
- Obtain registration with the State Pharmacy Council, or
- Apply for registration within one month from the date of admission.
Failure to obtain registration within the stipulated time may lead to cancellation of admission.
- Migration Certificate
It is mandatory for candidates to submit a Migration Certificate obtained from the respective university where they completed their B.Pharm degree.
