C. L. Baid Metha College of Pharmacy provides well-developed computing facilities to support academic learning, research activities, and digital access to scientific information. The institution is equipped with modern computer laboratories and high-speed internet connectivity, enabling students and faculty to access online academic resources, e-learning platforms, and pharmaceutical databases.
The college currently has 145 computers distributed across various departments and functional areas, including the Computer Laboratory, Drug Information Centre (DIC) Lab, D.Pharm Computer Lab, Library, Administrative Office, and specialized laboratories such as Pharmacology and Analysis labs. These facilities help students perform data analysis, prepare research reports, develop presentations, and access digital libraries essential for pharmaceutical education.
In addition, the college operates Drug Information Centres (DIC) in affiliated hospitals such as VHS Hospital, Stanley Government Hospital, and Global Hospital, which are supported with additional computing systems for clinical and academic activities.
To enhance digital teaching and learning, 17 classrooms are equipped with smartboards, and multiple high-speed internet connections, including ACT Fibernet , Tikona Broadband, Airtel Broadband, and mobile data connectivity support the campus. The institution also maintains 8+ printers to support administrative and academic documentation.
These computing resources play a vital role in promoting digital literacy, research capability, and technology-enabled learning among students and faculty. The institution continuously upgrades its IT infrastructure to meet the growing academic and research demands in the field of pharmaceutical education.
