Overview
Sowjanya serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at C.L. Baid Metha College of Pharmacy, bringing nearly six years of teaching experience. She has actively engaged in academic development through participation in four conferences, including one at the national level and three at the international level, and has made meaningful contributions to various scholarly initiatives.

1.Attended TWO DAYS INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON GLOBAL ASPECTS OF PHARMACEUTICAL CARE THE PRESENT AND FUTURE TREND (ICGAPC 2024) on 29ᵗʰ & 30ᵗʰ August 2024 at C.L Baid Mehta College of Pharmacy, Chennai.
2..Attended Three-Day International Conference and Workshops on “AI-driven Innovations in Drug Discovery & Emerging Technologies in Pharmacy – A Global Perspective” ✨✨ hosted by C.L. Baid Metha College of PhPharmacfro. 4th August 2025 to 6th August 2025.
3.Attended National conference on “NEUROTOXICOLOGY AND NEURODEGENERATION” Organised by Department Of Pharmacology on 14 March ,2026 organized by Pallavan college of pharmacy, Chennai.
4.Attended Worksop on Pharmacological Animal Models Using Non-Invasive In Vivo Cardiovascular Screening Methods organized by the Department of Pharmacology, C.L. Baid Metha College of Pharmacy On 24th March 2026.
- Academic Topper of the Year three times during Pharmacy.
- Best Library Utilization Award at CLPT in 2019 .
- Won First prize in Culturals on the event of Women’s day 2021.
