The institution maintains a well-equipped physical library to support academic excellence and professional development.
Stock Register & Accession Book:
- The Library Stock Register maintains a chrono logical record of all physical resources acquired.
- Each item is entered into the with: Accession number Titlc, author, publisher and cost of the book Date of acquisition

- ❖ Collection: The library houses a robust selection of textbooks, reference materials, national and international journals, pharmacopoeias, and periodicals relevant to pharmaceutica! Sciences and related fields. Cataloguing and classification (MARC standards).
- ❖ Digital Access Point: The library is automated using KOHA software for Integrated Library Management. While primarily a physical facility, the library includes terminals for accessing e-resources and databases subscribed by the institution.
- ❖ Space and Seating: The library offers a quiet and comfortable reading environment with seating capacity for faculty and students, including dedicated reference and group study zones.
- ❖ Operating Hours: Open during all working days with extended hours during examinations.
- ❖ Documentation and Record-Keeping: A cataloguing system is maintained for tracking issued books, visitor logs, and inventory updates in accordance with institutional quality practices.

The library undergoes periodic upgradation to include the latest editions of pharmaceutical texts and journals. Orientation programs were conducted in a regular manner.
LIBRARY AREA:
- ❖ Our college library has a total area of 180 square feet.
- ❖ It provides seating arrangements for 100 students, ensuring a comfortable environment for reading and study.
- ❖ The library is also equipped with 20 computer systems for both students and staff, supporting academic research, online learning, and other educational activities. The facility is designed to meet the academic needs of the college community by offering both traditional and digital learning resources.
Others
The Library hosted a Book Fair offering a wide range of academic, reference, and literary titles. The event promoted reading, supported curriculum needs, and encouraged research, reflecting the library’s commitment to fostering knowledge and lifelong learning.
